We always utilize OEM components and provide a full 3-month
warranty on all repairs. We also thoroughly inspect the repair against the most
recent known calibration date to ensure that no recalibration is required,
saving you even more money.
Discounts are applied to wholesale orders and we can even
provide a 3rd party repair service for other calibration companies.
We keep a large stock of authentic manufacturer components
on hand, allowing us to accomplish the majority of repairs quickly.
We provide free repair evaluations and estimates prior to
beginning work. When we receive equipment that cannot be fixed (or is
uneconomical to repair), we will return or dispose of it free of charge,
including administration and transportation fees.
Repairs can be performed all the way down to the component

All repairs come with a complete 90-day warranty on parts,
labor, and transportation.
We also offer an instrument-refurbishment service, in which

Our calibration team will contact you via
email with a full quotation for the repairs. *

Confirmation
We will not proceed with the repair until
we receive full written confirmation that you want us to go ahead. If you
decide not to proceed with the repair, we will return your tester to you.

Completion
Once we have received your written
confirmation the repairs can be completed. Additionally, our technicians can
also perform a calibration on your test equipment, should you select this
option, which will incur an extra charge.

Return
If we are unable to perform repairs for any
reason, we may have to send your test instrument to the manufacturer. You will
be informed of this in your quotation.
