gauges, ring and plug gauges, line scales, and more, by combining cutting-edge
measuring equipment with a precisely temperature-controlled environment. One of
the specialties of the Calibration Lab is calibrating the master’s for
calibration labs around the nation. Small measuring instruments like callipers,
height gauges, indicators, and micrometres are also calibrated in the lab. At
no additional cost, our standard level of service includes an accredited
certificate of calibration.
Every piece of equipment used for calibration needs to be
run in a clean environment to guarantee optimal performance. The clean rooms at
our Calibration Lab hold a Class 10,000 certification. The temperature of the
clean room is kept at 20º±1 C with a
relative controlled humidity range of 40% to 50%. Airlock controls access to
clean rooms. Applying positive pressure to stop outside air from entering.
