The Calibration Lab offers the lowest uncertainty for important measurement standards, including gauge blocks, step gauges, ring and plug gauges, line scales, and more. It uses cutting-edge measuring equipment and a temperature-controlled environment to ensure optimal performance. The lab also calibrates small measuring instruments like callipers, height gauges, indicators, and micrometres. At no extra cost, the standard level of service includes an accredited certificate of calibration.
The clean rooms at the Calibration Lab hold a Class 10,000 certification, maintaining a temperature of 20º±1 C with a relative humidity range of 40% to 50%. Airlock controls access to clean rooms and applies positive pressure to prevent outside air from entering. The lab ensures quality, prompt delivery, and affordability.
The Calibration Lab masters are directly calibrated at NIST, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. This certification guarantees traceability, fosters transparency in calibration services, and gives measurement results worldwide confidence.
