Our Capabilities
We provide a comprehensive service for all Anton flue gas analysers, including meter cleaning, sensor checks and repairs and we are also accredited to carry out warranty repairs on Anton products, including Anton Sprint eVo flue gas analysers, original Anton Sprint analysers and other equipment. Repairs and cell changes are carried out using genuine Anton parts, ensuring full compliance with Anton five year warranty programs and ensuring your meter is still covered.
Why Calibrate?
Calibration of your detector is essential; it ensures that your meter’s accuracy is maintained and you’re still working to all applicable standards.
Gas sensors can drift between <2% to as much as <5% in a relatively short space of time depending on usage and conditions including; temperature, humidity and sensor poisoning through contaminants, high gas exposure as well as shock or age. It is recommended these unties be calibrated regularly (every 6 months if possible) to ensure not only accuracy but safety, and ensures the alarm will sound in the event of gas exposure.
Calibration is a 2-step process in which the detector is zeroed in conditions equal to “clean air” once done, the detector is then subject to calibration gases that contain known amounts of the relevant gas concentration that the sensor is designed to measure, any deviation from the pre-measured result is then corrected.

British standards (BS 7967 and BS EN 50379) require that all flue gas analysers have an up-to-date calibration certificate demonstrating that the FGA is operating within its required calibration specification.
Environmental factors, such as drops, knocks or high gas concentrations, can cause damage to the flue gas analyser’s internal components including its sensor/ sensors; this can be detrimental to the accuracy of the instrument. Calibrating your FGA against known standards works to rectify any drops in accuracy ensuring that you can once again rely on your flue gas analyser for the best possible results (within its specification).
If during calibration a small issue is detected our team of highly skilled engineers will diagnose and fix this problem; similarly, our engineers will also carry out any warranty repairs. Should our professionals find a fault that will incur further costs we will contact you for approval prior to conducting any necessary work.

FL4000H Multi-spectrum IR Flame Detector
The FL4000H is an advanced multi-spectrum infrared (MSIR) flame detector that provides superior false alarm immunity with the widest field of view. The FL4000H employs a multi-spectral optical IR sensing array with a sophisticated Neural Network Technology (NNT) system to reliably discriminate between actual flames and the vast majority of false alarm sources. The FL4000H detects typical fires such as alcohol, n-heptane, gasoline, jet fuels and hydrocarbons. It can also see through dense smoke produced by diesel, rubber, plastics and lube oil fires.
